General Return & Refund Policy

Any products found to be defective from the manufacturer is eligible for a full refund or exchange of another product of equal or lesser value within 60 days of receipt of your order.

Unwanted or mistaken item returns for products that are not defective will incur a 15% restocking fee. Products must be in original, unopened packaging. Unwanted items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of your order. 

Inaccurate descriptions for products resulting in incompatible use of the product are eligible for a return for refund, or exchange.

All return shipping costs regardless of reason are the responsibility of the recipient. All shipping costs are not refundable.

Brass Return and Refund Policy

Any item that is not as described, or has defects as a result of improper processing can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt, sans original shipping costs. All brass received must be returned, no partial returns. 

Due to the nature of brass casing products, we cannot process returns for unwanted or unneeded brass, or if you ordered the incorrect item by mistake.
